Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning in our facility.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance procedures.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Perform electrical maintenance tasks as needed
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Provide excellent customer service to internal departments

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in reading technical manuals
- Familiarity with Alarm Systems
- Strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance projects effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
